That's the phrase the O'Donovan brothers used too describe their training regime in The Skibbereen Rowing Club . . . obviously it worked . . . they won Olympic Silver together . . . and Paul went on to wi double gold in back-to-back Olympics.
Sting came to Cork on 18th June as part of his 3.0 European tour. Naturally, it was sold out ... but the man still found time to help me out.
I have been working on this a long time ... it just wanted more and more stuff on it! Layer after layer ... but I love the colour of it. If you remember the 60’s, you’ll remember the colour.
